Here are a few designs I did in college before I started pioneering.
I was friends with many of the members of the UCLA ultimate frisbee team and offered my amateur services as a logo-designer.

This is a design I did playing off the Ray Ban logo. This design was ultimately printed onto t-shirts.
(Due to school policy, the font had to be one approved by the institution. So my design was modified.)

This are personality-based caricatures that I drew free-hand.

This is another design I played with using a photo of lemurs I had found online.
I hand-traced it using Adobe and added the text.

This is a design I had made for a disc, but it ultimately got printed in a more lateral format onto t-shirts.

More recently, I designed something for a friend's wedding. The logo is hand-drawn.

I cut them out and glued them onto purple construction paper and wooden rods.
